ZENITH De Luca Ref. 02.2310.400 Chronograph 199X

Here we have super cool Zenith De Luca and a rare one on top of that! This beautiful WRISTCLASSIC comes with a crisp-cased in great condition and with sharp edges. Dating to the 1990s, this model measures a 40 mm and comes with classic shaped case in unpolished condition. It offers a fairly wide-set bezel that gives this watch a nice presence. The dial is a gorgeous white MK2 configurated dial in perfect condition. The lume is original and shows just a tiny bit of aging. The simple Zenith-Logo alongside the silver indexes and beautiful hands are harmonious and well balanced. The crown is original with the appropriate Zenith-Logo. This WRISTCLASSIC is powered by the famous el Primero cal. 400 movement. The movement is in running condition and keeping time well, the date is advancing correctly at this time. This beautiful timepiece comes with the original steel bracelet in great vintage condition. One of the highlights of this watch are the screw-down pushers. These have been produced for only a short period. The configuration of the white dial with these rare pushers is hardly seen before. It is not 100% proven how many of these watches have been produced, the numbers are supposed to be around: 1994 350 pieces,1995 125 and 1996 200 pieces. After that this model was discontinued. It’s a true WRISTCLASSIC with perfect proportions, timeless styling, and a rare dial - pusher configuration.

The watch manufacture Zenith was founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot. In 1911 the name was changed into „Fabrique des Billodes“. One day Georges Favre-Jacot finished a new movement which he named after the sky and the stars: Zenith. This is how the brand Zenith was born. 1969 Zenith came up with the first automatic movement called El Primero. Till today the El Primero is one of the most iconic movements in the watch-world.
