Here we have Zenith Autosport, a wonderful example of a classic carwatch design. This beautiful vintage watch comes with a crisp-cased in great condition and with sharp edges. Dating to the 1970s, this classic model measures a 36 mm. It offers a fairly wide-set bezel that gives this watch a nice presence. The dial is in clean condition in beautiful two tone style. It shows light signs of use centrally around the hands. The simple Zenith-Logo alongside the silver indexes and beautiful hands are harmonious and well balanced. The watch manufacture Zenith was founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot. In 1911 the name was changed into „Fabrique des Billodes“. One day Georges Favre-Jacot finished a new movement which he named after the sky and the stars: Zenith. This is how the brand Zenith was born. 1969 Zenith came up with the first automatic movement called El Primero. Till today the El Primero is one of the most iconic movements in the watch-world.
